"Ohio" is very much a old school, bad attitude song that I wrote a long time ago, but still play all the time. It's been around so long that I've thought about taking it into the studio, electrifying it and then dropping it at campus radio stations in Ohio just before each of the last two Presidential elections. Both times it felt like a missed opportunity. The kind of missed opportunity that I didn't want to keep repeating. "Ohio" is definitely one of those songs that kept pushing me forward to the point where I finally decided to start releasing my songs rather than keeping them on a playlist in my head. Thanks "Ohio."
